Subject: OPRA Request – 2025 Grants, Funding, Program Outcomes, and Tax Data

Dear OPRA Custodian,

Pursuant to the Open Public Records Act (N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.), I am requesting copies of all public records for calendar year 2025 related to the following categories:

1. **NJEDA – Economic Development Grants**
   - All state-funded grants awarded to businesses, non-profits, childcare centers, and innovation/startup programs.
   - Include recipient names, award amounts, award dates, grant purpose, program name, supporting approval documentation, and any internal reporting on outcomes.

2. **NJDOE – Education Grants**
   - All K-12, dual enrollment, literacy, and other education-related grants.
   - Include district or school names, award amounts, students served, program outcomes, and any evaluation or performance reports.

3. **Treasury / Division of Taxation – State Taxes**
   - Detailed revenue reports for all state taxes collected in 2025 (income, sales, corporate, property, and other taxes).
   - Records showing allocation/disbursement of tax revenue to each program, department, or category.

4. **DCA – Local and Municipal Grants**
   - All grants and funding provided to municipalities, recreation programs, infrastructure projects, and community initiatives.
   - Include amounts, recipients, purpose, and completion status of projects.

5. **NJBPU – Infrastructure & Utility Grants**
   - All broadband, energy, and utility-related grant programs.
   - Include recipients, award amounts, locations served, completion status, and infrastructure outcomes.

I request that these records be provided in **electronic format (Excel, CSV, PDF, or similar)** if possible. If any portion of this request is denied, please cite the specific statutory exemption justifying the denial.
